Assalamualikum my name is mohsin Ali I am from ny USA. I have very severe problems . For the past three years I am suffering from many illnesses in the beginning I had mental illness that doctors didn’t know what it was and how to treat it .eventually I got a little better and then I developed a severe physcial illness .
